When life begins to feel overwhelming...
When life begins to feel overwhelming, or it just seems like something isn’t working, it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. Sometimes the best way forward is to find a safe place free of judgement, where empathy and unconditional regard await. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I will support you on your pathway to positive change.
The Power of Human Connection
In my practice, I help individuals, couples, families from all backgrounds heal and grow by building trust rooted in the power of human connection. I have worked with a diverse range of ages, sexual orientations, and ethnicities and also offer evaluations for surrogates, donors, and intended parents considering surrogacy. If you’re seeking help with a personal challenge, have a family or relationship conflict, or are exploring surrogacy, I encourage you to call for a consultation.
How I Help
Whether a client has come to see me about surrogacy or some other challenge, my goal is to help them heal by listening and connecting. I want to connect as humans who share the most important thing of all: trust.
Individual therapy sessions are opportunities for us to work together one-on-one to process whatever challenge you might be facing, whether it’s related to anxiety, self-esteem, intimacy, depression, anger, and LGBTQ issues. We’ll move at the right pace for you as we build trust.
These sessions invite couples to resolve conflicts within a relationship. Together, we’ll explore values systems and communication styles and clarify needs and expectations.
