Dr. Abby Bugbee (she/her) is a licensed psychologist specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive related disorders, as well grief and loss, and stress related to life transitions.

In her approach to treatment, Dr. Bugbee values being genuine and empathetic while prioritizing the therapeutic relationship. She utilizes evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck and prevent values-driven action. Most importantly, Dr. Bugbee believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and recognizes the importance of individualized care to help each person meet their unique goals.

Dr. Bugbee received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from La Salle University and has trained in a variety of outpatient and hospital settings, including OBGYN practices and embedded in a women’s emotional wellness clinic, that provided antepartum and postpartum care. Additionally, she completed advanced training from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Outside of work, Dr. Bugbee spends her time reading, baking, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and decoding Taylor Swift’s easter eggs.
